Product Configuration Screen

The Model Configuration window displays all available options for the selected model. If you have chosen more than one model for the active quote; each model is represented by a Tab-Page in the Configuration window.

Parts are grouped into individual sections displayed on separate tabs. A tab with red text indicates a required section. A tab with blue text indicates an item has already been chosen. A tab with black text indicates there is an available option, but the option is not a required element.
Dealer Supplied Items can also be added to the quote. These items are usually service related "value add" items, that are not rules based and are not required by the manufacturer. Dealer Supplied items will print on the Quote and the Dealer Cost documents, but not on the Order to the manufacturer.
Choose all parts to add to the quote by clicking the check box next to the item.

• Adding auxiliary items automatically.
• Rejecting a part if it will not fit with the quote as built.
• Suggesting what changes may be needed to the quote to fit the selected item.
• Suggesting alternate items that would fit the quote correctly.
• Checking to ensure that each quote has all the items necessary for a complete order to the factory.
