very computer proficient. How hard is it to learn?
PowerQuote was designed with that in mind. We will prepare a quick start guide
and there is an extensive help system built into the program.
It is so easy that most will likely find the guide not necessary.
It is point and click all the way.
How can I send a quote to someone?
You can e-mail, print and/or make an Adobe PDF file.
What if my competition gets a copy of this?
We build the software so that they cannot install it without an
authorization code. That code is only good for one computer
and cannot be passed around.
Can I send or receive a quote from another
person that also uses PowerQuote?
Yes. Quotes can be sent or received via e-mail, across a network
or on diskette or other media using the Import/Export functionality.
What do I do if they have problems?
We have a toll free technical support line that we give all our
customers. Most of the time it is only a small problem and we have
them going in 15 minutes or less.
How do I get price updates out to the dealers/distributors?
Distribution of updates can been be facilitated any number of ways.
Mailing of CD-ROMs, Internet downloads and/or emails can be used
to transfer product updates.
How long does it take from the time I decide
to use PowerQuote?
In most cases we can have you quoting in 90 days, with a 60-day
probability. We will work to meet your schedule.
